With a background in Information Technology, I completed my B.Tech from GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida. My academic journey helped me build a strong foundation in technology, systems thinking, and problem solving, which naturally led me toward the field of project management and digital product development. Over the past 3.4 years, I have been actively working in project management within the IT industry, collaborating with development teams and clients to deliver scalable digital solutions. My experience has allowed me to manage projects across different stages — from requirement understanding and planning to execution, testing, and deployment. I primarily work with Agile-based workflows, ensuring continuous collaboration between teams and clients. This approach helps maintain transparency, adaptability, and efficient delivery timelines while keeping project goals aligned with business objectives. A key part of my role also involves client communication and stakeholder management, where I focus on understanding client requirements clearly and translating them into actionable development plans. At Aayan Infotech, I contribute to coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet both technical and business expectations.
